Nonesuch is an Oklahoma City-based twenty-seat tasting-menu restaurant, recently named "AMERICA'S BEST NEW RESTAURANT" by BON APPÉTIT MAGAZINE.
We make meals motivated by memory, youth, and taste—purposeful dishes, inspired by the prairie, woodlands, and regional farming. We make meals that seek to investigate vision and practice and the city and state we call home—plates full of passion, full of personality.
We focus on food that is influenced by experience, tastes that evoke a nostalgic response, making use of moving and regionally sourced ingredients. These ingredients are collected from fields and farms and memories, put together by a group of lovable losers, curmudgeonly cooks, and one old dentist.
We began this journey in 2016, hosting weekly dinners, taking over the after-hours kitchen of Waffle Champion, working with new and exciting ingredients. The original supper club format evolved over time as we sharpened our skills in apartment kitchens, shared dining rooms, and late-night diners.
Since that time, Nonesuch has grown in size and passion and idea, always looking for new ways to create a unique culinary experience.
